Ghost Surface is operated by Ghost Surface LLC, a legally registered corporate entity based in Wyoming, USA. Our registered office is located at 1309 Coffeen Ave, Suite 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801. We engineer sub-surface wireless power hardware and precision kinetic focus instruments designed to eliminate friction in private executive, commercial, and hospitality workspaces.

This document governs your access to and use of theghostsurface.com (the "Site") and any related retail, B2B trade, or custom OEM services provided by Ghost Surface LLC ("we," "our," or "the Maison"). By navigating our digital storefront or acquiring our hardware, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the Site and engaging with our brand, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must gracefully exit the Site and discontinue use of our services.

2. Acquisitions, B2B Trade & OEM Terms

By placing an order for our workspace hardware, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Standard online checkout is intended for individual and pilot evaluation orders (1–9 units). Commercial volume allocations—including Trade Tier (10–49 units), Commercial Tier (50+ units), and Custom OEM Branding runs (1,000+ units for the 15W Sub-Surface Charger; 100+ units for The Kinetic Sphere)—are fulfilled via direct commercial invoice and governed by the specific production lead times and payment terms stated on your commercial invoice. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel quantities purchased per order at our sole discretion to protect inventory allocation and logistical integrity.

3. Intellectual Property & Design Architecture

The design, functionality, technical specifications, and aesthetic of all Ghost Surface products—including but not limited to our 15W Sub-Surface Wireless Chargers, Matte Black Surface Power Discs, Smart LED Alignment Systems, The Kinetic Sphere, and The Hidden Workspace Kit—are the exclusive intellectual property of Ghost Surface LLC. All website content, branding, photography, videos, and design architecture are strictly protected under copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, reproduce, or distribute any portion of our hardware designs or digital footprint without explicit, written permission from Ghost Surface LLC.

4. Proper Installation & Limitation of Liability

The 15W Sub-Surface Wireless Charger is engineered specifically for non-metal tabletops between 10mm and 28mm (3/8" to 1-1/8") thick (such as solid hardwood, natural stone, engineered composite, and glass) and requires placement of the top-surface Matte Black Power Disc above the concealed unit. Ghost Surface LLC shall not be liable for any surface damage resulting from improper adhesive removal, installation on incompatible or metal-core surfaces, or unauthorized modification. Except as explicitly covered under our 3-Year Electronic Warranty and 5-Year Mechanical Guarantee, Ghost Surface LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or physical hardware.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate commercial agreements whereby we provide you hardware or services shall be governed by and construed strictly in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
